Q: What time is check-in?
A: Check-in begins at 4pm.
Q: What time is check-out?
A: Check-out time is 11am.
Q: What if I am arriving late?
A: We understand if you need to arrive later in the day. We do, however, politely ask you to call us and let us know if this is the case. You can reach us at 210-315-5718 to make arrangements.
Q: Are your houses pet-friendly?
A: Yes, we do have some homes that are pet-friendly. Please check that the house you are interested in is pet-friendly and review their pet policy.
Q: Is smoking allowed in your properties?
A: NO, a $500.00 fine will be charged for smoking in a non-smoking property, no exceptions. Plus additional cost for of odor removal. Guests may only smoke outside.
Q: What do I need to bring to property?
A: Please bring any special pots and pans you can't do without, plus all beach towels required for your use. Also, bring paper goods (toilet tissue, paper towels, etc.) we only supply the initial amount. Pillows, blankets, most cooking utensils are provided for the number of people your rental accommodates.
Q: Why is travel insurance important?
A: This insurance removes the worry about the possible financial loss of your vacation investment if something unexpected occurs.
Q: What is your cancellation policy?
A: Should the need arise to cancel your reservation prior to 30 days of your arrival, regardless of the reason, you will receive a full refund of your DEPOSIT less a 10% Cancellation Fee. Cancellations made less than 30 days prior to your arrival, regardless of the reason, will receive a 50% refund of your DEPOSIT. Cancellations within 14 days of your reservation arrival date will receive No Refunds. There are no refunds for late arrivals or early departures. Tradewinds offers CSA Travel Protection Insurance for your vacation investment.
Q: What is your hurricane policy?
A: There are no refunds due to inclement weather including hurricanes. We will only refund if there is a mandatory evacuation by the National Weather Service for Port Aransas and only for the dates of the evacuation. Please review the CSA Travel Protection Insurance.
